For the Absa Hackathon, I digitized the traditional stokvel account by designing a transparent, real-time UI/UX platform that allows all members to track spending and contributions instantly

The Challenge:
The challenge was that stokvel groups often struggle with transparency and trust due to manual record-keeping and delayed updates, making it difficult for members to track contributions and spending accurately.

My solution was to create a user-friendly digital platform featuring real-time transaction tracking visible to all members, clear dashboards showing group contributions and expenses, and a simple, intuitive interface that reflects stokvel culture and practices.
